CEO

Experienced executive with a strong background in Construction, Health and Safety & Environmental management, and operational leadership across complex international projects. As CEO of CTS-VDC Services. Barry leads the company’s strategic direction, supporting innovation, sustainable delivery, and high-performance project execution across the data centre sector.

Barry is an experienced executive leader with a strong background in construction management, environmental health & safety, and strategic business leadership. As CEO of CTS-VDC Services, he is responsible for guiding the company’s long-term vision and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, future-focused solutions across complex data centre projects. With extensive experience across engineering, construction, and operational management, Barry has led multidisciplinary teams in delivering large-scale projects while maintaining strong standards in safety, sustainability, and performance. His leadership approach focuses on building resilient organisations, strengthening collaboration across the supply chain, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery. Barry plays a key role in positioning CTS as a trusted partner in the data centre industry, supporting clients with reliable, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving demands of digital growth.

Graham Langton

Vice President Head of Sustainability

Senior sustainability leader with deep experience in Data Center sustainability, global energy management, and delivering organisation-wide decabonisation strategies.

Graham is a senior sustainability leader with extensive international experience spanning data centre sustainability, global energy management, and corporate sustainability transformation. As Vice President and Head of Sustainability, he leads the organisation’s strategy to integrate climate action, operational decarbonisation, and responsible business practices across the business. With deep experience directing sustainability programmes and driving large scale emissions reduction initiatives in complex global environments, Graham brings a proven track record of delivering measurable performance across diverse industries.

Sean Higgins

Head of Corporate Sustainability

Sustainability repoting and strategy specialist skilled in double materiality, climate strategy, and organization-wide reporting framework.

Sean is an experienced sustainability leader specialising in ESG strategy, CSRD/ESRS reporting, and climate related disclosures. As Head of Corporate Sustainability, he drives the organisation’s ESG framework, aligning reporting, governance, and strategic initiatives with leading standards including CSRD/ESRS, VSME, ISSB and CBAM. With over a decade of experience across consulting, infrastructure, and corporate sustainability functions, Sean has delivered double materiality assessments, net zero strategies, disclosures and organisation wide ESG programmes. His work is grounded in rigorous analysis, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to positive environmental and social impact while ensuring robust governance.

Aideeen Boyle

Sustainability Coordinator

Sustainability practitioner with experience in ESG reporting, supporting CSRD-aligned disclosures,sustainability data management, and cross-functional reporting coordination. Brings a sctructured, detail-driven approach to delivering high-quality,audit-ready sustainability outputs.

Aideen supports the coordination and delivery of sustainability and ESG initiatives across the Group, with a strong focus on ESG reporting, data management, and programme implementation. She brings experience from multiple sustainability roles, including previous responsibility for ESG reporting processes, environmental data management, and corporate sustainability initiatives. Aideen combines strong analytical capability with a structured, detail-oriented approach, supporting the consistent implementation of sustainability practices and the development of robust, audit-ready reporting processes across the organisation.

Marta Gulman

Group Carbon Accounting

Carbon Accounting expert leading group-wide GHG quantification, reporting systems, and alignment with emerging carbon and sustainability standards.

Marta is a carbon accounting manager with deep expertise in GHG quantification, environmental data governance, and sustainability reporting across multientity organisations. She leads the development and execution of the Group’s carbon accounting programme, overseeing GHG policy alignment, data quality assurance, KPI tracking, and the delivery of consistent reporting across the organisation. Marta plays a key role in strategy development, legislative alignment, and CSRD readiness, while contributing to international carbon accounting communities and standardsfocused working groups.

Florian Demir

Sustainability Data Analyst | Platform Designer & Creator

Sustainability Data Analyst specialising in ESG data pipelines, IoT integration, and carbon forecasting to support data-driven decision-making.

Florian is a sustainability data specialist who designs and manages end-to-end data solutions to support ESG strategy, regulatory compliance, and carbon focused insights. He builds scalable data pipelines, integrates IoT and cloud-based monitoring systems, and develops advanced analytics models that enable real time tracking of energy, emissions, and resource efficiency. With a background in data analysis, team leadership, and quality systems, Florian brings strong technical expertise to support data driven sustainability decision making across the organisation.

James Tipper

LCA Specialist

LCA and product sustainability specialist delivering advanced carbon footprinting and circularity analysis to inform material and desing decisions.

James is a specialist in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), carbon footprinting, and circular economy analysis, delivering sustainability assessments across products, materials, portfolios and company wide systems. He leads advanced LCA modelling and environmental impact analysis to support design, procurement and sustainability decision making. With extensive consulting and environmental analysis experience, James brings strong analytical capability and deep expertise in interpreting LCA results to drive evidence based sustainability improvements.

Andrew Behan

Sustainability Communications and Design Specialist

Creative strategist translating complex sustainability consepts into clear, engaging narratives through impactful design and visual storytelling.

Andrew is a sustainability communications and design specialist who works at the intersection of creativity and strategy, translating complex ideas into clear, engaging stories. He supports the sustainability and leadership teams by shaping ESG narratives, developing digital and print assets, and aligning stakeholders through cohesive visual communication. With broad experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, he builds scalable design systems and creates content that brings clarity, warmth, and impact to sustainability communication.

Our Dublin office serves as a key strategic hub for the group, acting as the Center of Excellence for both operational and corporate sustainability. From this location, we are driving forward our Sustainability ambitions, embedding sustainability into every face of the business. The office plays a central role in shaping our sustainability strategy, regulatory reporting, and driving innovation in environmental best practice.
Alongside sustainability, the Dublin office also houses other vital business functions including Health & Safety, Planning, Quality and Bids, making it a multidisciplinary base that supports project delivery, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
